The Pravo u gospodarstvu portal, published by the Croatian Association of Corporate Lawyers, MBS 3283585 Zagreb, Križanićeva 16/IV, tel/fax: (01) 4614 890 (hereinafter: Service Provider), processes the personal data of its service users and visitors to this website in accordance with the applicable regulations governing personal data protection (General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679).

Personal Data

An identifiable individual is a person who can be identified directly or indirectly, particularly by reference to an identifier such as a name, identification number, location data, online identifier, or by reference to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that individual.

Purposes of Personal Data Processing

We collect and process personal data for the purpose of providing access to the *Pravo u gospodarstvu* portal, which includes the user registration process, service payment, user support, responding to your inquiries or requests, sending email messages containing information about events, content and offers (newsletter), and using this website.

We collect and process only the necessary data required to fulfill the purpose of processing.

During registration, we process the following personal data: username, password, client name, name and surname of the responsible person, email address, client’s OIB (personal ID number), address, phone, fax, and bank account/IBAN.

We process your personal data for marketing purposes (informing you about existing and new content on the Portal and services of the Service Provider). Consent for data processing for marketing purposes is given freely and can be withdrawn at any time. Consent can be withdrawn by a request sent to the data protection officer's email or by unsubscribing from the newsletter individually.

For the purpose of researching user experience, we will send non-binding and anonymous survey questionnaires about satisfaction with our services to users' email addresses.

Sharing Personal Data with Other Recipients

We do not share your personal data with other recipients, except if you authorize us or in the case of a legal obligation, i.e., a request related to the legally established activities of the recipient. If necessary, personal data will also be forwarded to trusted contractual partners (processors) for purposes such as providing user support, maintaining the IT system, or similar needs, with mandatory confidentiality and data protection measures.

We protect your personal data with technical and organizational security measures, ensuring that only necessary data is processed and stored for a minimal period depending on the purpose, while continuously educating our employees on legal regulations related to personal data protection.

Your Rights Regarding Personal Data Processing

In accordance with applicable data protection regulations, you may request information on which of your personal data we process and request correction, restriction of processing, and where applicable, deletion and data portability. You can delete your user account at any time, but in that case, you will no longer be able to use Portal services available to registered users.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority. If you believe any of your rights concerning personal data protection have been violated, you can submit a complaint to the Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) for determination of a rights violation.

Each request/inquiry will be resolved within 30 days of receipt.
