The Pravo u gospodarstvu portal, published by the Croatian Association of Corporate Lawyers, MBS 3283585 Zagreb, Križanićeva 16/IV, tel/fax: (01) 4614 890 (hereinafter: Service Provider), processes the personal data of its service users and visitors to this website in accordance with the applicable regulations governing personal data protection (General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679).

During registration, we process the following personal data: username, password, client name, name and surname of the responsible person, email address, client’s OIB (personal ID number), address, phone, fax, and bank account/IBAN.

If you believe any of your rights concerning personal data protection have been violated, you can submit a complaint to the Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) for determination of a rights violation.
