in relation to these works concluded with the Publisher if they do not agree with the following conditions of these contracts:

  1. Authors have, from 1962 until the date of publication of this Public Call, entered into oral (small publishing contract) or written contracts with the Publisher, based on which the Publisher acquired the rights to publish and otherwise exploit written works in its publications.
  2. Based on Article 75 of the Copyright and Related Rights Act, a small publishing contract for the publication and other exploitation of articles, photographs, drawings, video clips, and other copyright contributions in daily and periodical press, publications, or electronic publications does not have to be concluded in written form, so the contracts from point 1 of this Public Call did not have to be concluded in written form.
  3. This Public Call invites all Authors from point 1 of this Public Call to terminate the contracts from point 1 of this Public Call if they do not agree with the following conditions under which the Publisher will continue to use the works from point 1 in the following manner, in accordance with the exploitation rights from points 4 and 6 of this Public Call:
  4. The Publisher acquires spatially and temporally unlimited:

    2. the right to make the Work available to the public in the form of an electronic book or other electronic publication available on demand and the right to communicate the public via the Internet such electronic book or other electronic publication; and
    3. the right to translate the work into a specific language and publish the translation of the work in printed or electronic form.
  5. The rights from point 4 of this article are not acquired by the Publisher as exclusive rights. The Author may, after the Publisher has first published the Work, give the same Work to another publisher for the purpose of publishing it in printed or electronic form or publish it themselves.
  6. The Publisher may use the published Work in any way necessary and now or in the future known for the purpose of training any artificial intelligence tool (for the purpose of text and data mining without reservation of rights), may list it in databases and display it in search results, make it available to the public in an open form and allow third parties to use it in this way.
  7. The activities from point 6 of this public call in which the Work is used may be of a commercial or non-commercial nature.
  8. The Work may be used in the activities from point 6 of this Public Call in whole or in part, in its title or abstract, without spatial, temporal, or content limitations.
  9. For the rights of exploitation from points 4 and 6, the Publisher is not obliged to pay the Author additional compensation since the Author has already been compensated upon the publication of the Work in the period from 1962 until the date of publication of this Public Call.
  10. The contract may be terminated by a written statement sent to the email address pravougospodarstvu@gmail.com within four months from the date of publication of this Public Call.
