Pravo u gospodarstvu (PuG, Law in Business) is one of the leading Croatian scholarly and professional journals in the field of commercial and business law.
Established in 1962 by the Hrvatski savez udruga pravnika u gospodarstvu (Croatian Union of Associations of Lawyers in Business), PuG is among the longest-running legal journals in Croatia. It regularly publishes contributions addressing domestic and international issues in contract law, company law, labour law, administrative law, and other business-related areas. The contributions range from scientific and professional papers to discussions and reviews of recent case law and legislative developments.
The distinguished editorial board is composed of notable legal scholars. The current editor-in-chief is Marko Bratković, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb.
PuG is published quarterly, with four issues per year. It regularly publishes papers in Croatian and occasionally in other European languages. All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review and a professional proofreading process. Each paper includes an abstract, keywords, and a bibliography, all translated into English.
The annual subscription fee is 150 euros + VAT.
